We take care to inspect every piece of jewellery that leaves our shop and seek to provide gems that live up to their qualities as specified. Above all, we want our customers to be happy with their investment. If you wish to do a return for any reason, we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund if it is due to product quality issues resulting from manufacturing defect.
Our service hotline at +65 9014 5988 is available 24/7 all week round if you need to contact us for assistance on ring issues. We recommend that you have your jewellery packaged securely and fully insured as we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
We do not accept returns for engraved jewellery or custimised items. With the exception of engraving fees, all RIO engraved rings can be returned for credit. We offer complimentary removal of RIO engraving for exchanged or resized rings.
Diamonds purchased using our RIO Diamond Upgrade Program cannot be returned for credit. Special orders are final sale and not valid for returns. Returns which are sent without a RIO return code, sent cash-on-delivery ("C.O.D"), are improperly packaged or uninsured, or contain missing paperwork, or damaged will not be accepted.
Non-refundable costs include shipping charges, special handling and other related costs. We do not accept returns that are shipped C.O.D. Please contact us first before doing a returns if you find any part of your order damaged upon receipt.
Refunds to Your Card:
Purchases made using your credit card, debit card, NETS or PayPal will be refunded according to the account used for the original purchase after deducting the bank charges, other transaction fees and delivery charges incurred by RIO for the transaction. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date which we have received your return to complete credit processing.
If you are an international customer and have made a purchase of SGD$1,000 or more using a bank transfer, your refund may take 3 weeks from the return receipt.
Bank transfers below SGD$1,000 may take 3-4 weeks. Refunds will be posted in the account originally used for payment.
Order change or Cancellation:
Please contact a RIO Diamond Pte Ltd at +65 9014 5988 if you wish to change or cancel an order due to a valid reason. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order where possible before shipping confirmation. Please note that some changes will result in additional charges and shipping delay.
We are unable to make changes to orders which are on special order requests or have already been shipped out. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us for a return once you have received it.
