Free Shipping for All Singapore Orders:

RIO offers fast and free shipping within Singapore, regardless of the order amount. Rest assured that all items will be packaged securely and fully insured during delivery.

Shipping Methods:

All orders, including loose diamonds or “Design Your Own” orders, will be shipped within 21 working days. Customers will receive a tracking number from our delivery vendor to track your shipment.

For our customer’s protection, we will always:

Ensure items are registered and insured based on their full value.
Use only professional services for the fastest and safest delivery of your items.
Require that all deliveries can only be made to a physical office or home address.
Require your item to be signed upon delivery.
Prohibit deliveries to PO Box addresses.

Alternate Shipping Addresses:

We will collect your billing and shipping information when you place your order.

For your protection, we recommend for credit card orders to be shipped to a valid address assigned to your credit card company. You can also arrange for your item to be delivered to your office address. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need assistance.

International Shipping:

We offer shipping and insurance for customers residing outside Singapore. Shipping and insurance for international customers is SGD$150 plus 3% of the total order amount. The customer will be responsible for any duties, GST, VAT, taxes or surcharges required by their country. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order to confirm taxes and duties.

Shipping Times:

The shipping times we provide are approximate and may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Order Deadlines:

The processing times may vary for different items. Selecting ‘Ship Date’ under ‘More Filters’ in our ‘Diamond Search’ function will display products according to their shipping dates.

Duties and Taxes:

We do not collect taxes and duties upfront for deliveries to other countries. The customer will be responsible for the incurred taxes and duties. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for shipping rates.

Packaging Details:

Your item will be packaged in a RIO gift box. We will use a tension ring to hold loose diamonds (this is for presentation purposes only and the ring should not be worn).

Alternative Pickup Option:

If you are worried about missing your delivery, you can arrange for your package to be held at an alternative pickup location. You may also have your package delivered to your office address or another designated address. We do also provide self-collection at our showroom. Tracking Your Order:

You can view the latest updates on your Order Status page via our delivery vendor tracking system. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Signature Requirements for Delivery:

For secure delivery, we will always require a signature for all orders. Please ensure that there is someone at home to help you collect, or have an alternative delivery arranged.
